​Peak Work has gotten me back into athlete explosive type of workouts again. It’s reprogrammed me back into my old ways of absolutely giving it my all to finish a workout already designed for me. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the program just reminds me of the mentality I had as a high school athlete. The daily workouts, conditioning and meal plans have brought new energy back into my fitness journey. The workouts are adaptable for home and the gym of which both are super challenging!
