Through his extensive research on the human body and its mechanics, he has dedicated himself to assisting athletes in mitigating the injury risks he encountered during his own athletic journey.

His extensive offseason training sessions with legendary players like Deion Sanders and Antonio Brown have profoundly influenced his philosophy. This rigorous training regimen has honed his skills and instilled in him a deep understanding of the demanding requirements necessary to attain peak physical performance.
