In life we worry about so many things. Our jobs, school, loans, debt, remaining healthy, and what others think about us. The definition of worry is, "to give way to anxiety or unease; allow one's mind to dwell on difficulty or troubles". We must understand that the mind is very powerful and what we think comes to past, so we must stop worrying. Worrying can be damaging to your life. It can lead to depression and other emotional and physical ailments. No good comes from worrying. Never has worrying about something helped solve it. It cannot and will not work. Worrying only magnifies the problem and lets it grow and corrupt your state of mind. That is no way to live. If you are on a high bridge with someone who is afraid of heights do you tell them to look down? No, you tell them to look forward and not to think about how high they are currently up. Just the thought of looking down gives them anxiety. The same is true in life. No matter what you are going through you must remain faithful and worry less about the issue and know that you will win. Even when a situation seems like there is no way out, you have to remain confident and know that you will prosper. Pray and ask God to help ease your mind and to help you stop worrying. Read 1 Peter 5:7.
