Joshua Harris, a native of Dallas, Texas, pursued his athletic endeavors at Trinity Christian School in Cedar Hill, Texas, during his freshman and sophomore football seasons. Subsequently, he transferred to Duncanville High School to complete his high school football career.
In May 2008, a freak accident during a warm-up session for a long jump competition resulted in the tearing of his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Weeks later, he underwent surgery and was sidelined for approximately five and a half months. Despite missing the majority of his senior football season, Joshua returned for the final three games.
His athletic prowess led to a full scholarship to play football at Wake Forest University. As a redshirt freshman, Joshua experienced success before encountering a series of injuries throughout the remainder of his collegiate career. Undrafted, he joined the Pittsburgh Steelers during training camp in 2014. However, injuries once again hindered his progress, necessitating a year of recovery from surgeries. Upon his return, Joshua embarked on a two-year journey in the Canadian Football League.
In 2021, Joshua retired from professional football and established The Peak Work, a platform dedicated to assisting athletes in developing a comprehensive training regimen that mitigates the risk of injuries. Presently, he resides in Dallas, Texas.
