Can you handle the blessings you want?

I heard this and it really shook my soul. Most of us strive to be rich, successful, and famous, but would we be able to handle it? If you were awarded 500 million dollars tomorrow, what would you do with it? We have to understand what comes with that blessing. When you have that amount of money, your tax bracket changes, meaning you will have to pay more in taxes. Having that much money, your family may expect you to support them. Family you haven’t heard from in years will come out of the woods and tell you about their problems and how they need help. Fake friends and ‘yes’ men will appear and try and ride your coattails. The opposite sex will begin to seek after you with bad intentions. You will have a hard time finding people who you can trust. Your friends may start to change how they look at you or treat you. These are just a few examples of how life can change. You can have everything that you have wished for and still have a empty feeling within you. I know some people are reading this will say, “Well i'd rather have those problem and be rich than not and be broke.” There are people who have very little money but they have more joy and peace than a multi-millionaire. We should be seeking peace and health instead of riches and wealth. Not saying we should not want to have nice things but God knows what we can and cant handle and he will not give us more than we can bear. If those blessings are meant for you, God will bless you with them.

Joshua it’s good to have a positive guy like u to inspire those that want to listen....I recently came across your Instagram page looking at AB’s page and I looked at every one of your post and without me knowing you personally I kno that you mad humble and through the ups and downs of your career you still managed to remain optimistic and hard working and inspirational. And I hope you are continually blessed and I will continue to tell people the great things that u do!
