You drop your cellphone and crack the screen, you run out of gas while driving, someone makes a comment on social media that you do not like, are you going to react in a positive or negative way? The definition of positive is "a good, affirmative, or constructive quality or attribute." I found that interesting seeing that constructive means "serving a useful purpose." So no matter what happens we must see the positive in the situation and find a useful purpose. You might ask, well how does dropping my cellphone serve a purpose? Maybe the lesson is to pay more attention to details. After you drop your phone, in your mind you are now thinking, "I need to be more careful and take care of my belongings." What if your cellphone hypothetically is something important that you're carrying in your life. Everything is a lesson, the key is to see the positive in all things. Any situation can be flipped and turned into a constructive lesson. Instead of letting negative thoughts come into your mind you have to keep the thoughts positive. Also you must filter everything that you see, read, and hear. If all you read is negative comments online, if all you see is negative news being reported, if all you hear is negative people talking about other negative situations then what do you think will begin to come from you? We have to plant positivity in our lives. Would you plant things in your garden that won't grow or that will kill the things that do? The same goes for in your life. We have to stay away from negativity. Its like walking into a bakery. No matter what you do, when you leave you will smell like baking bread. Negativity will rub off on you the same way if you're around it for too long. Stay positive. Be positive. Even if you're in a negative situation right now, think positive and it will become positive.

Finding a useful purpose in every situation.... I’m on it! It’s hard sometimes, especially when it’s something unexpected and hurtful but if we look hard enough everyone can find the blessin in the lesson!!! Good work thanks for sharing....
